What we collect
- Your email address
- Songs you follow or are waiting for (title and artist)
- Email language and content preferences
- When you subscribed, confirmed (consent), and unsubscribed
- Delivery results reported by Resend, such as bounces or spam complaints
Why
- Sending confirmation and update emails
- Telling you when a song you follow is sung
- Preventing spam and abuse
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed sign-ups expire after 7 days and are then deleted in our regular cleanup
- Bounce and spam-complaint reports from Resend are kept for 30 days and then deleted in the same cleanup
- Unsubscribed addresses are kept as a suppression record so we don't email you by mistake
Third parties
- Emails are sent through Resend, which receives your address and the email content to deliver it
- Data is stored in the site's database (Neon, via Vercel)
